Job Description : Hotel General Manager – Ghana New opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel General Manager to join the leadership team in Ghana - The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with international hotel chains & Sub-Saharan location experience, combined with strong commercial, operational & leadership capabilities. Requirements: • Sub-Saharan location experience • 4-5* International hotel brand experience • At least 2-years in a Hotel General Manager position • Travelling single status/ or with spouse only • Pre-opening &/ or rebranding experience beneficial • Fluency in English both written & verbal About: • Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, brand standards, and growth objectives. • Operational Excellence: Manage daily hotel functions including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest service delivering seamless & superior guest experiences. • Financial Management: Develop & control budgets, monitor financial performance, optimize revenue streams, & ensure cost efficiency.
