Job Description : We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and play a strategic role in shaping the next phase of growth for a leading consumer-focused organization. This is more than a traditional finance leadership role—it's an opportunity to partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business strategy, financial performance, profitability, growth, capital efficiency, and business transformation. Who should connect? ? Chief Financial Officers, Finance Heads, VPs – Finance, Group Finance Leaders, and Senior Finance Professionals ? 18–25+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis, and business finance ? Proven experience in leading the end-to-end finance function, including financial strategy, planning, budgeting, controllership, treasury, taxation, compliance, and risk management ? Strong experience in P&L management, profitability improvement, working capital optimization, and cash-flow management ? Demonstrated ability to partner with the CEO, Board, promoters, and senior leadership team on strategic and commercial decisions ? Strong expertise in financial planning, business finance, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management ? Experience in driving financial transformation, automation, and digital finance initiatives ? Strong understanding of the financial dynamics of multi-channel and consumer-facing businesses Preferred Industry Background We are looking for candidates with strong experience in: Omnichannel Businesses D2C / Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce Retail Consumer Retail FMCG / Consumer Products Consumer-facing Businesses Candidates with experience managing the finance function of a high-growth, complex, and multi-channel consumer business will be highly preferred. 3 Key Leadership Attributes ?
