Job Description : Chief of Staff – Finance, Controls & Operations 20+ years experience reputed industrial group in Ahmedabad. This is not a conventional Finance Head role. We are looking for a senior professional who can work closely with management and independently review finance, controls, compliance and business operations. Key Responsibilities: • Financial review, budgeting, MIS & expense controls • Internal audit, taxation & statutory compliance • Review sales, margins, collections & commercial performance • Identify financial and operational gaps/irregularities • Strengthen SOPs, processes & internal controls • Monitor key business and departmental KPIs • Review implementation of management decisions • Provide independent observations and recommendations directly to leadership • Handle sensitive and confidential management information Ideal Profile: ? CA / strong Finance & Controls background preferred ? Senior experience in Finance Controllership, Internal Audit, Governance or Commercial Finance ? Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial exposure preferred ? Strong analytical and investigative mindset ? Comfortable working directly with promoters/senior leadership ?
