ZONAL HEAD

Job Description : ZONAL HEAD HYPERMARKETS GUYANA We are looking for an experienced **Zonal Head** to drive business performance, operational excellence, and growth across multiple stores within the assigned zone. * Lead and manage **multi-store operations** across the assigned zone. * Drive **sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth** across stores. * Own **P&L, budgets, KPIs, and operational targets**. * Ensure excellence in **store operations, customer experience, merchandising, and inventory management**. * Develop and execute strategies for **sales growth, cost optimization, and productivity improvement**. * Lead, mentor, and develop **Store Managers and regional teams**. * Ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, compliance, and operational processes. * Identify business opportunities and drive **new store launches and expansion initiatives**. * **15+ years of experience** in Retail / Hypermarket / Large-Format Retail. * Proven experience managing **multiple stores or a large geographic zone**. * Strong expertise in **P&L management, sales, operations, inventory, and team leadership**. * Experience in **Hypermarket / Fashion Retail / Department Store / Large-Format Retail** is preferred. * Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
