Job Description : MANUFACTURING HEAD POLAN Open to International candidates Automotive / Polymer / Industrial Products ???? Experience: 20+ Years ???? Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Industrial Engineering Key Responsibilities •? ?Lead complete manufacturing operations, production & shop-floor activities •? ?Drive capacity planning, OEE, productivity & bottleneck reduction •? ?Optimize manpower, machines, materials and manufacturing costs •? ?Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, automation & process improvement •? ?Drive quality improvement, scrap/rejection reduction & corrective actions •? ?Ensure effective maintenance & tooling management •? ?Lead NPI / Process Industrialization from feasibility to mass production •? ?Evaluate CAPEX, ROI, payback & technology investments Required Profile •? ?20+ years of manufacturing experience – Mandatory •? ?5–10 years in Plant Head / Manufacturing Head / Operations Head / Factory Head or senior manufacturing leadership roles •? ?Proven experience managing large teams and complete manufacturing operations •? ?Strong expertise in Manufacturing Cost Control & P&L •? ?Strong knowledge of Production, Capacity Planning & CAPEX •? ?Knowledge of Lean, TPM, OEE, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling & 5S •? ?ERP/MRP, inventory & material management experience. Ability to work directly with Promoters / MD / Directors
