Job Description : Maintenance Head GERMANY Corporate Central Function. Open to International candidates Heading role corporate level lead Tool Room Function. (Product based assembly in sheet metal and robotic welding) Leading Automotive Sheet Metal Manufacturer is hiring a Tool Maintenance Head with 18+ years of experience in Press Tools,robotics welding,, progressive tandem Dies, Jigs & Fixtures. Candidates should have strong expertise in central Tool Room operations, preventive & predictive maintenance, tool life improvement, RCA, tool overhauling, in-house tooling spare manufacturing, vendor management and cost optimization. Exposure to IATF 16949, VSA and EHS is essential. Responsible for minimizing tool breakdowns, ensuring maximum tool availability, supporting production and NPD, leading the Tool Room team.
