IEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Job Description : IEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - GCC** I am conducting a confidential search for a Group Chief Financial Officer for a large regional business operating at significant volume and scale. This is not a step-up opportunity. Candidates must already have: - Full CFO responsibility within an organisation generating at least **SAR 2 billion / approximately USD 530 million** annually - Successfully led an **IPO**, or held accountable finance leadership throughout IPO readiness, listing and post-listing governance - Senior finance experience within high-volume retail, FMCG, food manufacturing or a substantial consumer group - Strong GCC regional experience and detailed understanding of Saudi financial, tax and regulatory requirements - Board-level ownership of FP&A, treasury, capital allocation, governance, risk, investor relations and capital markets - A record of leading finance transformation, strengthening controls and building high-performing teams - At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership
