Job Description : Chief Operating Officer – FMCG Location: Mumbai | CTC: Up to ?1.5 Cr Experience: 15–25+ Years We are looking for a COO / Business Head with strong FMCG experience and a proven track record in Sales, Revenue Growth and P&L Management. Key Responsibilities Lead overall business with strong focus on sales, revenue and profitability. Drive national sales strategy across GT, MT, E-commerce and other channels. Expand distribution, market presence and customer base. Own P&L, sales targets and business growth. Lead and motivate large sales and commercial teams. Identify new markets and accelerate business expansion. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver growth. Ideal Profile 18–25+ years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Business. Strong Sales & Commercial leadership background. Proven experience managing large revenue and P&L. Track record of delivering significant top-line growth and market expansion. Candidates from COO, Business Head, CEO, Sales Director, Commercial Head or National Sales Head roles preferred.
