Job Description : Maintenance_Manager – Cement KSA Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 20–25 years of hands-on experience in major cement plants. - Preferably 10+ years of experience in Head of Maintenance / Maintenance Manager positions. - Strong practical experience in cement plant maintenance and operations. - Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and major plant maintenance activities. - Candidates with strong plant-based experience are preferred over consultancy-only backgrounds.
