Job Description : Executive Director / Business CEO Pharma Intermediates & Crop Protection Role A leading Indian Chemicals & life-Science Organisation Seeks a Senior business leader to lead its Pharma Intermediates & Crop Protection Businesses with end-to-end Responsibility for Strategy, P&L, Growth & Tansformation. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue, EBITDA & Profitable Business Growth. Develop & Execute the Business Growth Strategy. Expand Global Markets, Customers & Strategic Partnerships. Strengthen Pharma Intermediates & Crop Protection Portfolios. Lead R&D, innovation, Manufacturing & Commercial Excellence. Drive Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma & TPM. Identify Opportunities through New Products, Technology Partnerships, JVs & M&A. Build a High-Performance leadership Team & Succession Pipeline. Ideal Profile 20–30+ years of Relevant industry experience. CEO / Executive Director / President / Business Head / P&L leadership experience. Strong Background in Pharma Intermediates, APIs, Crop Protection, Agrochemicals or Specialty Chemicals. Proven Track Record of Managing Sizeable Businesses & Delivering Profitable Growth. Strong international Business & Manufacturing exposure. Education: Engineering / Pharmacy / Chemistry / Life Sciences; MBA preferred. Critical Differentiator A Business leader with strong P&L Ownership, Capable of integrating: Strategy ? R&D ? Manufacturing ? Commercial ? Global Markets ? P&L
