Job Description : COO / VP Operations (Tier-1 Automotive MNC) NORTH MEXICO Open to International candidates We are seeking a dynamic COO / VP Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive sustainable business growth for a Tier-1 Automotive MNC. The incumbent will be responsible for complete Profit Centre (P&L) management, operational excellence, strategic planning, productivity improvement, quality, supply chain, engineering, and customer satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, digital transformation, cost optimization, and capacity expansion while ensuring IATF 16949, safety, and compliance standards. Candidates should possess 20+ years of automotive manufacturing experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. Proven expertise in leading multi-plant operations, business turnaround, OEM customer management, and high-performing teams is essential. MBA preferred.
