Ultra-Luxury Hospitality | European Heritage Brand Career Maker is supporting a prestigious international luxury hospitality group in the search for a highly strategic and transformational Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead its people agenda across the MENA region. This is a true executive leadership opportunity for an HR leader who understands that in ultra-luxury hospitality, people, culture and service excellence are at the heart of the brand. What we're looking for: • 15+ years of senior HR leadership within luxury / five-star hospitality • Proven experience leading HR at significant scale, ideally within organisations of 10,000+ employees • Strong track record of building high-performance, service-led cultures • Extensive MENA experience, with strong understanding of regional labour markets, regulations and nationalisation strategies • Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving large-scale HR transformation • Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organisational Development or related discipline • CIPD Level 7 / CIPD Fellow – essential • Based in Dubai, with regional travel as required ????
