Country Manager 

Job Description : Country Manager- Kuwait & Qatar Office. We are more than 1500 employees in the EMENA region and an independent provider of services to the telecommunications sector. • As Country Manager you will be responsible for both Sales & Delivery and you will carry P&L responsibility. Identifying and closing new business and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients will be a key task. • You would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial. •Relevant experience in telecommunications sector required. •Should be a P&L Owner with strong knowledge and experience of Growing Revenue, Fulfilling Delivery and achieving Revenue, EBITDA and Cash flow targets •Delivery/ Project Management •Arabic Speaking / Good communication skills •12-15 Years of exp •Exp in Sales and Delivery is an advantage
