Job Description : RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER | BOTSWANA 20–24 Stores | Relocation Opportunity Are you a strong multi-site retail leader who knows how to drive performance across a large store portfolio? An established and growing retail business is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for approximately 20–24 stores across Botswana. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that successful retail operations are about people, standards, sales and execution. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage the performance of approximately 20–24 retail stores • Drive sales, profitability and operational performance across the region • Manage and develop Store Managers and operational teams • Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all stores • Monitor KPIs, budgets, stock, shrinkage, costs and productivity • Conduct regular store visits and identify opportunities to improve performance • Drive customer service and overall store experience • Manage underperformance and develop high-performing teams • Support new store openings, refurbishments and operational projects • Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives We’re looking for someone with: • Strong multi-site retail operations experience • Proven experience managing a sizeable portfolio of stores • Experience within fashion, apparel, footwear or value retail would be highly advantageous • Strong commercial and financial understanding • Excellent people leadership and performance-management skills • A highly operational, hands-on approach • The ability to work independently and take ownership • A proven track record of improving store performance ????
