Experience: 20 years of relevant experience in Vaccine R&D ???? Candidates must have relevant experience from Vaccine Manufacturing Companies only ???? Strong expertise in vaccine research, development and manufacturing-related R&D activities ???? Proven experience in leading R&D projects, product development and process development ???? Strong understanding of vaccine development processes, analytical techniques and regulatory requirements ???? Experience in managing cross-functional R&D teams and working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and other functions ???? Strong leadership, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Lead the R&D function for vaccine development and manufacturing Drive research, product development and process improvement initiatives Lead R&D projects from development through technology transfer and scale-up Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC and Regulatory teams Ensure R&D activities are aligned with quality, regulatory and business objectives Build and mentor high-performing R&D teams Drive innovation, process optimization and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate A senior vaccine R&D professional with 20 years of strong industry experience, capable of leading R&D strategy, product/process development and cross-functional initiatives within a reputed vaccine manufacturing organization.
