Job Description : RSM PNG Regional Sales Manager | FMCG An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a respected business operating across the Pacific region. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader with a strong background in FMCG sales, wholesale distribution and team management. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies. Grow market share and drive new business. Manage key customer relationships. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team. Oversee sales operations, logistics and distribution. Manage budgets, debtor control and monthly reporting. About You Minimum 5 years' FMCG sales experience. Proven success in wholesale and retail sales. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Experience managing budgets, P&L and debtor management. Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills.
