FACTORY MANAGER

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER – UAE Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Factory Manager to lead and optimise its manufacturing operations in the UAE. The role will oversee PVC-U extrusion and injection-moulding operations, with responsibility for production, quality, efficiency, safety, cost control and team leadership. Key requirements: • 10+ years’ manufacturing management experience • Experience managing multi-line production facilities • Strong knowledge of production planning, KPIs, cost control and continuous improvement • Proven leadership of production and maintenance teams • Engineering degree preferred • UAE/GCC experience essential This is a senior operational role offering the opportunity to take responsibility for a well-established manufacturing operation. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
