High-Risk International group with 7+ years of operating experience, 250+ employees across 15+ countries and a complex multi-jurisdictional structure. The business operates with its own technology, analytics and automated processes. ???????????????????????????????? Build and scale the group’s finance function, establish transparent reporting and strengthen cash flow and financial risk management across multiple jurisdictions. ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? • Build group-wide financial infrastructure and reporting standards • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling • Manage cash flows across multiple currencies and jurisdictions • Develop consolidation and management reporting • Oversee relationships with banks, auditors and external advisors • Build and develop the finance and accounting team ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? • 5+ years at CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director level • Experience in iGaming, betting or other high-risk industries • Strong international and multi-jurisdictional finance experience • Experience building or scaling a finance function • IFRS and advanced financial modelling expertise • Fluent English and experience managing finance teams ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????? • Salary Range: discussed based on experience and track record • Scope: Group-level CFO mandate with direct impact on financial infrastructure, controls and decision-making • Office-based role in Cyprus, 5/2
