Job Description : Chief of Staff to Chairperson – Family Office Location: Gurgaon CTC: Up to ?70 LPA Role Overview We are seeking a high-calibre Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chairperson and Family Office, acting as a trusted strategic partner and driving key business priorities, strategic initiatives and financial agendas across the organization. The role requires an individual with strong exposure to Corporate Strategy, Financial Strategy, Business Planning and Performance Management, combined with the ability to work with senior leadership and manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be intellectually agile, commercially astute and comfortable operating in a high-trust, high-accountability environment with significant exposure to the Chairperson and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Partner closely with the Chairperson on corporate strategy, business priorities and long-term growth initiatives. · Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives and investment priorities. · Lead financial strategy, business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis in collaboration with Finance and Business Heads. · Prepare strategic reviews, board-level presentations, management dashboards and decision-support analyses for the Chairperson. · Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, partnerships and strategic initiatives through commercial and financial lenses. · Drive cross-functional strategic projects from conceptualization through execution, ensuring timelines, accountability and outcomes. · Monitor business performance against strategic and financial objectives and highlight key risks, opportunities and corrective actions. · Coordinate with CXOs, Business Heads, Finance, Investment and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution. · Conduct market, industry and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making. · Act as a thought partner and execution catalyst for the Chairperson on critical business matters. Candidate Profile · 10–18 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Financial Strategy, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Business Planning or related fields. · Prior experience working closely with a Chairperson, Promoter, CEO, Family Office or Board is highly preferred. · Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and build sophisticated business and financial models. · MBA/PGDM from a Premier B-School preferred; CA/CFA/Engineering background would be advantageous. · Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills. · High ownership, discretion, maturity and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
