Location: Tema, Ghana (West Africa) ???? Experience: 7–10 Years ???? Qualification: CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive profitable growth ? Monitor Sales, Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, and Customer Profitability ? Drive pricing, trade spend, promotions, and commercial performance ? Manage Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, and Working Capital ? Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, dashboards, and business performance reviews ? Monitor inventory, stock aging, and commercial controls ? Support business expansion, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives ???? Ideal Candidate: ? 7–10 years of Commercial Finance experience in FMCG Manufacturing & Distribution ? Strong expertise in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Pricing, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Working Capital Management ? Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Inventory, and Commercial Analytics ? Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP / Business Central / Tally preferred) ? Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
