We want: 15+ years’ mining experience Proven gold-mining experience – essential Open cast mining an - advantage Senior leadership experience at GM / Mine Manager / Operations Director level Strong production, OPEX, CAPEX & profitability accountability Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary senior teams Strong HSE and stakeholder-management capability A demonstrable track record of improving production, recovery, costs, and operational performance Relevant Mining, Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering or Geology degree
