Regional Finance Director

Job Description : Regional Finance Director Location: Dubai My client is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Director to lead the finance function across a multi-country US Listed manufacturing business. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for financial performance, governance, commercial finance and the strategic direction of the region. Working closely with the Regional Managing Director and senior leadership team, the Finance Director will act as a key commercial partner, providing financial insight to support business strategy, operational performance, investment decisions and regional growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the regional finance function across multiple countries and manufacturing operations, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial control and governance. Partner closely with commercial, operational and supply chain leadership to drive business performance, with a particular focus on pricing, margins, profitability, working capital, cash flow and return on investment. Provide financial leadership across manufacturing operations, including standard costing, inventory, production variances, plant performance, operational efficiencies and capital expenditure. Maintain a strong financial control environment across the region, overseeing statutory reporting, audit, tax, compliance and financial governance across multiple jurisdictions. Lead and develop regional finance teams while driving improvements across finance systems, processes, reporting and automation. Maintain a strong financial control environment across the region, including SOX compliance and internal controls, alongside responsibility for statutory reporting, audit, tax, compliance and financial governance across multiple jurisdictions. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be an established senior finance leader with significant experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment and will ideally hold an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualification. Strong manufacturing finance experience is essential, particularly across standard costing, inventory, production/plant performance, working capital and capital investment. You will bring strong commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering experience, combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead finance teams across multiple countries. Previous experience within a multinational or matrix organisation would be highly advantageous.
