Abu Dhabi, UAE, We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a diversified private investment and holding group headquartered in Abu Dhabi. ?? PLEASE READ THE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING This is not a conventional operating-company CFO role. We are specifically seeking candidates with substantial senior-level finance experience within a: • Large Family Office / Single Family Office • Private Investment Group • Diversified Holding Company / Conglomerate • Principal Investment Office managing multiple portfolio companies and assets Candidates should have experience overseeing the financial affairs of multiple companies, investments, asset classes and jurisdictions, rather than only a single operating business. MANDATORY PROFILE • Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant senior leadership experience • Current or previous experience as CFO, Group CFO, Finance Director, Group Finance Director, or equivalent senior leadership position • Demonstrable experience within a Family Office, diversified holding company, private investment group, or comparable multi-entity investment structure • Experience managing multiple subsidiaries, portfolio companies, investments and consolidated group reporting • Strong exposure to shareholders, Boards and principals/owners • UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The successful candidate should demonstrate strong hands-on experience across: • Group financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting • Treasury, liquidity and cash-flow management across multiple entities • Banking relationships, financing facilities, debt and funding structures • Investment analysis and financial due diligence • Acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and corporate transactions • Portfolio company financial oversight and performance monitoring • Consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities/jurisdictions • Audit, taxation, governance, compliance and internal controls • Financial risk management and capital allocation CANDIDATE PROFILE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF Your experience is predominantly limited to: • A single operating company without meaningful group/portfolio responsibility • Accounting, audit or consultancy without subsequent substantial CFO-level industry experience • Finance Manager / Financial Controller roles without senior group-level leadership exposure • Pure FP&A roles without responsibility for treasury, banking, financing, investments and consolidated reporting
