Job Description : SITE SECURITY HEAD JAMIACA We are looking for an experienced Site Security Head to lead the overall security function for a greenfield industrial plant This is a senior leadership opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in industrial/corporate security, crisis management, vigilance and risk management. ? Experience: 20+ years in industrial/corporate security leadership ???? Qualification: Graduate; preferably Ex-Defence Officer (Major / Colonel or equivalent) ???? Employment: Full-Time, Permanent ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead the site's overall security strategy, SOPs and risk framework • Provide 24×7 security oversight during commissioning and operations • Manage Shift Managers, Control Room staff and third-party security personnel • Lead crisis management, emergency response and incident investigations • Coordinate with law enforcement, statutory authorities and government agencies • Oversee perimeter security, access control, CCTV surveillance and material movement Preferred: Ex-Defence Officers with proven industrial/corporate security leadership experience, particularly in greenfield plant commissioning environments.
