Job Description : GM KENYA Flexible Packaging Manufacturing : Reporting -Managing Director / Senior Management Experience • 15–25 years of overall experience in flexible packaging manufacturing. • Minimum 5–10 years in a senior plant leadership role, such as Plant Head, General Manager – Plant, General Manager – Operations or VP – Operations. • Proven experience managing a medium to large flexible packaging manufacturing facility. • Experience in a plant with 1,000+ MT monthly production capacity will be preferred. • Experience with established flexible packaging companies, modern high-speed machinery and FMCG / institutional customers will be advantageous. • Experience in new plant commissioning, stabilization, capacity expansion or production ramp-up will be highly preferred.
