We are hiring for a small, privately owned automotive business in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, and are looking for a hands-on General Manager who can take ownership of the business and drive its next stage of growth. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in: • Automotive accessories, customization, modification, auto care or aftermarket • Sales and business development • Overall business and operational management • Team leadership • P&L and commercial performance • Customer and key-account management • Revenue growth and business development Experience within a small or medium-sized automotive customization, accessories, car-care or aftermarket business would be highly relevant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable being involved in the business, developing people, improving operations and driving commercial results.
