Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – BUSINESS & OPERATIONS We are hiring for our client, a well-established stationery & paper products manufacturing company based in Uganda, East Africa, seeking an experienced business leader to drive its next phase of growth. Key Requirements: • 15+ years of leadership experience in Stationery / Paper Products / Printing / Writing Instruments / allied manufacturing • Proven GM / Business Head / COO experience with P&L ownership • Strong understanding of Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing & Commercial functions • Proven track record in business growth and team leadership • Polished, soft-spoken, commercially astute and professionally mature • Stable career track record; East Africa/international exposure is an added advantage • Willingness to relocate to Uganda
