Our client is a fast-growing Facilities Management company with 450+ employees, established in Commercial Cleaning, Pest Control & Soft Facilities Management & entering its next phase of growth. We are looking for an experienced Operations Director / Senior FM Operations Leader who can lead operations, strengthen management & improve contract profitability. ???? You will lead & develop: • Regional Managers • Procurement • Fleet • Warehouse • Accommodation • Mobilisation • Client Relations You will be expected to bring structure to organisation. ???? Your priorities will include: ? Take ownership of major operations across the business ? Implement a robust KPI framework ? Establish clear contract-level P&L & margin visibility ? Identify & turn around loss-making contracts ? Integrate Procurement, Fleet & Warehouse into an efficient support-service ? Recruit, develop & strengthen the Regional Management team ? Establish Landscaping as a standalone & profitable service line ? Develop the company's Hard Services entry strategy ? Improve operational efficiency, client satisfaction & overall profitability You should have: • 12+ years' experience in Facilities Management Operations • Minimum 5 years' experience in Saudi Arabia • Strong Soft Services background, particularly Commercial Cleaning &/or Pest Control • Experience within Integrated FM / Commercial Contract environments • Proven responsibility for 300+ employees across multiple concurrent contracts • Strong contract-level P&L ownership • Ability to discuss gross margin, profitability, cost control & commercial performance • Proven experience mobilising new contracts from zero • Experience mobilising 100+ employees within 60 days • A proven track record of building, managing & developing senior management teams • Fluent Arabic & English • Transferable Iqama • Saudi Driving Licence ? Experience in any of the following will be highly advantageous: • Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance • MEP / Hard Services • Aramco contractor environments • SABIC contractor environments • Pest Control operations & regulatory requirements • SFDA & Municipality licensing ????
