Job Description : EXPAT Project Director: NIGERIA Industry: Oil & Gas Location: Lagos & Portharcourt Must be a Chartered Engineer with 25 Years+ in LNG or gas processing and must have led an OE, Lender's Engineer or PMC assignment on a Project financed on a limited-recourse basis. Should have single point of Accountability to the company. 2. Lead Cost Engineer/Chief Estimator: Should have 20 years+ in Capital cost estimation for LNG or gas processing, personal experience producing independent Class 2/3 estimates and certifying an LSTK EPC price on an ECA - supported project. Should be competent in the Bidder's benchmarking database. 3. Cryogenic Storage Specialist: Should have 20 years+ in refrigerated LNG storage tanks, design verification of tanks of 100,000M3 or greater to API 620/625 and EN 14620 or equivalent. Experience of full containment and 9% nickel steel or membrane systems. Please note that these positions are strictly for Expatriates, Non-Expatriates will not be considered.
