This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, optimizing productivity, ensuring quality standards, and aligning plant performance with the organization's business and commercial objectives. Key Requirements: -Engineering Graduate -15-20 years of experience in Steel Manufacturing, with significant exposure to Cold Rolling Mill Operations -Strong expertise in production, maintenance, quality, safety, and process improvement -Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large manufacturing teams -Willingness to relocate to East Africa
