Job Description : VP Project – Greenfield Projects @ Gujarat We are looking for an experienced Project Head for one of the reputed Chemical Manufacturing organizations based in Gujarat. Key Requirements: BE Mechanical is compulsory 25+ years of overall experience Strong experience in Chemical / Specialty Chemical manufacturing / fertilizer. Experience in large-scale greenfield projects with end-to-end project ownership Strong exposure to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Start-up Experience handling large CAPEX projects in the range of INR 1,500–2,000 Cr Good understanding of complex manufacturing environments, including continuous and batch processes Experience managing EPC partners, contractors, consultants, technology partners and large project teams Strong experience in project planning, cost, timelines, quality, risk management and execution Proven experience in plant commissioning, start-up and operational readiness Exposure to fertilizer / specialty chemical projects will be an added advantage Prior experience in Dahej / Gujarat or other large integrated chemical manufacturing clusters will be preferred The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to take complete ownership of a large and complex greenfield project from concept, engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning and successful start-up.
