Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER – SOAP MANUFACTURING ???? We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage manufacturing operations for a plant producing solid, liquid and specialty soaps. ???? Location: Kinshasa (Congo) Key Requirements: • Proven experience in soap, cosmetics, personal care or chemical manufacturing • Strong technical knowledge of saponification, liquid mixing, formulation & packaging • Experience managing production planning, manpower, raw materials & equipment • Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity and cost optimization • Ability to lead, train and manage production and operational teams • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills • Experience in reducing wastage and improving production efficiency
