Strong and progressive leadership background as a CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, Corporate Finance Leader, or senior FP&A executive. ?? Demonstrated experience leading finance within complex, multi-functional, growth-oriented, or transformational organizations. ?? Experience within GCC or international business environments is preferred. ?? Strong command of financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management. ?? Proven expertise in P&L, cash flow, treasury, working capital, and capital management. ?? Strong understanding of financial governance, controls, enterprise risk, and executive reporting. ?? Demonstrated ability to lead finance transformation and process optimization initiatives. ?? Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial performance to operational and strategic priorities. ?? Experience engaging effectively with Boards, shareholders, investors, CEOs, and senior executives. ?? Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear executive recommendations. ?? Exceptional leadership, communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. ?? Professional finance qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent would be advantageous where relevant to the candidate’s background.
