Job Description : CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO BERMUDA ???? Site: Large Residential Apartment Complex Position: Chief Security Officer (CSO) ????? Eligibility: • Ex-Army personnel preferred • Age: 30–50 years • Minimum 8–10 years of security experience • Experience in managing security operations in large apartment complexes / residential communities preferred • Strong leadership and team-management skills • Good communication and coordination with residents, management and security agency ???? Manpower Handling: Approximately 150 Security Staff ???? Salary: USD5000/- per month + PF & ESI ???? Duty: General Shift ???? Weekly Off: 4 Week Offs per Month Key Responsibilities: • Overall management of security operations • Supervision and discipline of 150+ security personnel • Gate management, access control and visitor management • CCTV monitoring and security patrolling • Emergency response and incident management • Staff training, briefing and grooming • Coordination with Apartment Management Committee and Facility Management Team • Preparation of daily security and incident reports • Ensure strict compliance with security SOPs
