Compensation: Open for the right candidate What We Are Looking For: • Proven senior leadership experience within the Facility Management industry • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving sustainable revenue growth and improving profitability • Strong P&L ownership with a sharp focus on operational and financial performance • Exceptional client management and key account relationship capabilities • Experience managing large, multi-location operations and workforce • Strong exposure to business transformation, governance and organisational capability building • IPO / Pre-IPO readiness or management experience will be highly preferred • Ability to work closely with the Board/Promoters and translate business vision into execution • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth, operational excellence and customer retention We are particularly interested in leaders who have successfully taken a Facility Management business through a significant scale-up journey and can build the organisation for its next stage of growth.
