Key Expectations: ? 15–20 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry ? Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing Sales and Marketing teams ? Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, market expansion and business profitability ? Experience in sales strategy, brand/marketing strategy, distribution and market development ? Strong capability in team leadership, performance management and capability building ? Ability to work closely with senior management and drive execution of commercial priorities ? Prior experience in African / emerging markets will be an added advantage ?
