Job Description : Chief Strategy & Investment Officer for Billion Dollar FMCG Conglomerate Location: Zambia Experience Required: 15–20+ years in FMCG/Manufacturing, Multi Country Exposure Radiant Dynamic Services (RDS) is seeking to identify a visionary Chief Strategy & Investment Officer (CSIO). This is a rare opportunity to join one of Africa’s most dynamic corporate groups at a pivotal stage of growth. Geographic Focus Candidates with strong exposure across South Africa, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Mauritius, Singapore, India/Pakistan, and UK/London are highly valued. African and emerging market experience is essential. Role Overview As CSIO, you will: Lead capital allocation, CAPEX evaluation, and portfolio optimization. Drive M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Spearhead major strategic projects: factories, expansions, product platforms, automation, distribution, and technology. Crucially: terminate non viable investments to protect shareholder value. Oversee business portfolio management, classifying businesses into Invest / Accelerate / Defend / Fix / Harvest / Exit. Partner with the Board to deliver sustainable growth and profitability. Ideal Candidate 15–20+ years’ experience in FMCG/manufacturing with multi country exposure. Strong in capital allocation, strategy, M&A/JVs, manufacturing/distribution economics, and Board communication. Must think like an owner — entrepreneurial, commercially minded, proactive in originating opportunities. Chartered Accountant / MBA / CFA preferred. Proven ability to balance growth, profitability, and risk. Why This Opportunity?
