Job Description : Plant Head – Press Shop (Greenfield -Project)- Mandideep- BAVARIA GERMANY Open to International candidates Tier One Group in Auto Components Manufacturing Position Overview- The Plant Head – Press Shop will lead the end-to-end setup, commissioning, and subsequent operational launch of a brand-new, high-volume automotive components stamping facility for major Automotive OEMs. Key Responsibilities- Phase 1: Project Setup & Commissioning (Greenfield Phase) Plant Layout: Design the facility layout for optimized, lean material flow. Equipment Sourcing: Oversee the installation and commissioning. Tool Room Setup. Team Building. Phase 2: Post-Commissioning & OEM Operations OEM Production Ramp-Up: Lead the transition into mass commercial production, adherence to strict OEM supply timelines /PPAP approvals. Quality & Compliance: Maintain a zero-defect standard, minimizing defects. Asset Optimization: Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) P&L Management: Drive operational profitability by managing energy consumption, and controlling overheads. Candidate- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production Engineering with 25+ years in press shops / auto-component (Heavy Sheet Metal). Should have experience in launching at least one Greenfield project. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in automotive heavy sheet metal stamping, die design, press automation, and Lean/TPM tools.
