As a large organization, they are committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers and maintaining excellence in operations Job Description • Lead the development and implementation of QA QC systems and processes in the FMCG food manufacturing environment • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards to maintain product safety and quality • Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues • Develop and oversee quality control procedures, including inspections and audits • Manage and train the quality assurance team to maintain high performance levels • Analyse quality data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement • Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction The Successful Applicant A successful Head Quality should have: • A degree in engineering, food technology, or chemical background • Proven knowledge of quality management systems and standards in the edible oil sector • Experience in food manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Effective communication and collaboration skills
