Reporting to the CEO and Executive Committee. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-wide project delivery strategy • Ensure portfolio-level cost, schedule, and quality governance • Oversee PMO and project controls functions • Deliver board-level reporting on project performance Leadership Expectations • Extensive experience managing multi-billion-dollar programs • Strong governance and stakeholder engagement capability • GCC mega project leadership background Monthly Salary: SAR/QAR/AED 210,000 – 280,000 tax-free + executive housing, schooling allowance, family medical, annual flights, performance incentives
