Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer | Dubai, UAE A diversified international group is seeking an accomplished Group Chief Financial Officer to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, capital allocation and performance across a complex multi-market organization. This is a highly visible executive mandate requiring exceptional commercial judgment and the ability to influence long-term growth at Group level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the Group's global finance strategy, financial planning and long-term capital agenda. • Oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax, controllership, risk and corporate finance functions. • Drive capital allocation decisions supporting sustainable growth and shareholder value. • Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning, acquisitions, investments and major transactions. • Establish rigorous performance management frameworks across business units and operating companies. • Strengthen financial governance, controls, compliance and enterprise risk oversight. • Lead relationships with investors, lenders, financial institutions and other strategic stakeholders. • Build and develop a high-performing international finance leadership organization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred. • Recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent. • Extensive CFO or divisional CFO experience within a complex multinational or diversified group. • Strong experience across M&A, capital markets, treasury, investment and enterprise transformation. • Proven experience advising Boards, CEOs and senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
