Job Description : COO UAE A prominent UAE organization is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead enterprise operations, performance improvement, operational excellence, strategic execution, and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the organization's operations strategy. • Lead operational performance across multiple business units. • Drive productivity, cost optimization, service quality, and profitability. • Establish enterprise-wide KPIs, governance, and performance frameworks. • Lead major operational transformation and expansion initiatives. • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic execution. Requirements • 20+ years of progressive operations leadership experience. • Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, Managing Director, or equivalent. • Strong P&L, transformation, commercial, and operational leadership capabilities. • Experience managing complex organizations and large teams. • UAE/GCC executive experience strongly preferred.
