Job Description : DIRECTOR OF QUALITY PHARMA AMERICA Open to International candidates I’m conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Director of Quality to lead quality strategy for a growing, complex manufacturing organization in Florida. This high-impact leader will have responsibility across: ? Quality Management Systems ? Manufacturing and supplier quality ? New product launches and APQP ? Root cause analysis and corrective action ? Warranty and cost-of-poor-quality reduction ? Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement ? Team development and cross-functional leadership The ideal candidate offers: • 20+ years of progressive quality leadership experience • 5+ years leading teams at the manager or director level • Experience in marine, automotive, RV, aerospace, heavy equipment, or another complex manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and Lean principles • A proven record of improving product quality, reducing costs, and building scalable quality systems This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on, strategic quality leader who knows how to turn data into action and create a true culture of quality.
