Job Description : Vice President / Senior Vice President – Manufacturing Operations Formulation North India A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a senior Site Head / VP–SVP Manufacturing Operations to lead OSD /Finished Dosage manufacturing site. The incumbent will have end-to-end Accountability for Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, Productivity, Cost and People, with a Strong Mandate to Drive Operational Excellence, Compliance, Profitability & Future Growth. Key Accountabilities Provide Overall Strategic & Operational leadership to the Site. Drive Safety, Quality, Compliance, Delivery, Cost & Productivity Performance. Lead OSD/Finished Dosage Manufacturing, Capacity Utilisation, OEE, yield & Throughput improvement. Ensure Strong GMP & regulatory Compliance & Continuous inspection Readiness. Lead Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Technology Upgrades & CAPEX Projects. Strengthen Planning, material Availability, OTIF & working-capital Efficiency. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence & cost optimisation. Build a High-Performance leadership Team & Develop Organisational Capabilities. Partner closely with the CEO ,,& Senior leadership on Site Strategy & Business Performance. Candidate Profile 20–25+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Iperations. Strong experience in OSD / Finished Dosage Manufacturing; hormonal/Specialised Formulations Desirable. Proven exposure to USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, ANVISA Or Other regulated markets. Demonstrated Success in Manufacturing Transformation, Quality, Productivity, Cost & people leadership. Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical/Mechanical/Production Engineering or Related Discipline; postgraduate Qualification Desirable.
