Job Description : GM - HR for Zambia Hands-on HR leader with strong business acumen, preferably at Senior Manager / Zonal HR Head level, who can take ownership of the complete HR agenda for Zambia. Experience working in Zambia or in another African country, with a good understanding of the local labour environment, employee relations, statutory requirements, HR operations and business partnering. The person should be capable of independently managing the HR function, partnering with the business leadership, driving HR policies and processes, handling employee relations and disciplinary matters, supporting manpower planning and recruitment, and ensuring effective implementation of Group HR initiatives at the Zambia level.
