Reporting To: Group Management What we’re looking for : ?? 10–15+ years of experience in Operations / General Management ?? Strong experience managing multiple businesses, teams & functions ?? Proven track record in execution, follow-up & accountability ?? Strong KPI setting, performance tracking & review expertise ?? Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Mining Supplies or Energy preferred ?? Strong exposure to SOPs, systems, processes & MIS ?? Excellent cross-functional coordination with Finance, HR, Procurement & Sales ?? Strong team leadership & stakeholder management skills ?? Excellent problem-solving, decision-making & prioritization skills ?? Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment ?? Africa experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
