The CFO will partner closely with the CEO, Board and incoming investors to help drive the next phase of growth, transformation and value creation. Profile Requirements: - Previous experience within PE-backed professional services businesses - Immediately available or on a very short notice period - Exposure to debt funding, M&A and transformation initiatives highly desirable - Proven ability to operate as the No.1 finance leader - Commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable driving performance - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
