Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer (Automotive / Manufacturing & Family Office) CTC - 1.5 CR to 2 CR Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Reporting to: Chairman / Promoter About the Role: We are seeking an elite, trusted Group Chief Financial Officer to act as the strategic right-hand to our Chairman. This rare leadership role bridges heavy industrial operations with sophisticated wealth management. You will drive financial execution for our expanding manufacturing setups while managing the Chairman's family office, corporate treasury, and strategic capital allocation. Key Responsibilities: * Manufacturing Expansion: Lead the financial planning, Capex governance, and setup execution for greenfield/brownfield projects, preferably in the automotive or auto-component industry. * Family Office & Wealth Management: Oversee the Chairman's private wealth, asset diversification, and investments across real estate, public, and private markets. * Treasury & Capital Structuring: Optimize group liquidity and working capital, spearhead fundraising, and negotiate debt/equity with institutional banks and PE partners. * Strategic Advisory: Act as a core confidant to the Chairman, providing rigorous insights to guide M&A, joint ventures, and long-term group strategy. The Ideal Candidate: * Experience: 18–22+ years of executive leadership, combining corporate finance/CFO experience with a strong grasp of manufacturing operations (Automotive/Tier-1 sector preferred). * Qualifications: CA or MBA Finance from a premier institute. * Attributes: A sharp, detail-oriented executor with exceptional strategic vision, absolute integrity, and the ability to track high-stakes initiatives seamlessly.
