Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER, MIDDLE EAST | DUBAI confidential General Manager, Middle East mandate with a high-growth, pre-commercial oncology biotechnology company. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate: - 15+ years in Pharma/Biotech, with significant oncology and ideally lung cancer experience. - Proven experience building a new affiliate, country organisation or regional business from the ground up. - Deep leadership experience across the Middle East/GCC, with strong knowledge of the regional healthcare environment. - A track record leading commercialisation and launch readiness across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory and Market Access. - Arabic is preferred and English is mandatory fluency, with the ability to operate as the senior business leader for the region.
