Job Description : Finance Manager ?? Location: East Africa ???? Experience: 10–15 Years in FMCG ???? Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience ?? Key Responsibilities : ?? Manage overall finance, accounting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. ?? Drive working capital, cash-flow, inventory, receivables, and cost controls. ?? Ensure tax, statutory, audit, and regulatory compliance in Tanzania. ?? Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams on commercial decisions. ?? Lead internal controls, risk management, and process improvements. ?? Drive digital transformation and automation of finance processes. ?? Manage accounting systems with strong Tally expertise. ?? Lead and develop the finance team. ?? African experience is mandatory
